About the role
Northlight is hiring a Lighting Designer. Design lighting for theatres, galleries and one very large railway station. You will join a small team that ships often and explains its decisions in writing.
What you’ll do
Own problems from brief to shipped, not just screens.
Run research with real users every fortnight.
Write the words as carefully as you draw the boxes.
What we’re looking for
Two or more years doing this job, or something close to it.
Evidence you finish things.
Kindness under pressure.
Pay and place
£42–52k. Three days a week in London, the rest wherever you work best. Full-time, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension matched to 5%.
