Filament is free to use. Keep your brief honest, apply to roles you mean, and be kind to the people on the other end.

For employers

Post only roles that are open on your own careers page, state a pay range, and reply to every applicant within seven days. We may remove posts that break these rules and we publish reply rates.

Payment

Single posts are charged up front. Plans bill monthly or yearly and can be cancelled from settings; live posts run to the end of their period.

Liability

We make no promise that a role is right for you or that a candidate is right for you. We do promise that the listing was on the company’s own site when you read it.
