Filament started as a script that checked one careers page every hour. It is still that, at heart: a small team reading the source and refusing to list anything else.
Three rules we will not bend.

Source, not scrape
A role is listed only if the company lists it on its own site. No partners, no reposts, no talent pools.

A range, always
Every role carries a pay range. If a company will not state one, it does not post here.

Reply, or we chase
Employers commit to answer within a week. We publish who does, and we chase who doesn’t.
