About the role

Ferrous is hiring a Welder / Fabricator. Coded MIG and TIG on structural steel for bridges and stadium roofs. You will join a small team that ships often and explains its decisions in writing.

What you’ll do

• Ship to production every week, with tests you would defend.

• Review other people’s work with care and without ceremony.

• Own an on-call rota that is boring by design.

What we’re looking for

• Two or more years doing this job, or something close to it.

• Evidence you finish things.

• Kindness under pressure.

Pay and place

£36–42k. On-site in Sheffield. Full-time, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension matched to 5%.
