About the role

Sable is hiring a People Partner. Support 140 people across three hotels, two countries and four languages. You will join a small team that ships often and explains its decisions in writing.

What you’ll do

• Be the first call for managers who are unsure.

• Run hiring that candidates say nice things about.

• Keep the paperwork right in two countries.

What we’re looking for

• Two or more years doing this job, or something close to it.

• Evidence you finish things.

• Kindness under pressure.

Pay and place

€58–68k. Three days a week in Amsterdam, the rest wherever you work best. Full-time, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension matched to 5%.
